SHOPPING DAY: Puget Consumer's CO-OP and TRADER JOES

Today we went to Issaquah to our favorite shopping store besides Trader Joes, PCC, a Co-Op that is awesome. It's where we grocery shop. We just go to regular grocery stores for a few items. I wanted you to see how you buy brown rice, in the bulk area, to show you the fun new healthy soups in a box, you can take to work, and to show you a few items from Traders as well. Just a picture collage tonight. Tomorrow we'll talk about, will exercise do the trick for weight loss and maintaining w/out taking processed foods out? My expert, the hubs, who was a trainer/instructor for many years for 24 Hour Fitness in California. will be giving you valuable tips!  So enjoy the pictures. Try new things that are close to what your tastebuds like, but lower in calories, carbs, sugars, and made by companies who care more about your health than big huge corporation companies. FIND A CO-OP in your area. Unless money isn't an issue, then who wouldn't do WHOLE FOODS every time...smile. It is an awesome store..but can be pricey.

Have a good night, and remember, we are going for wonderful health and a fit body these next few months. This is just bits and pieces. The NEW BOOK will be available next month. YAY, I cannot wait for you to get something that you will find systematically filled with the story of how to live to be a hundred and enjoy getting there. Tomorrow, I will tell you the highest antioxidant you can take once a day, rather than a wheelbarrow of produce and food to SLOW the aging process, stop the wrinkles, stop inflammation and gobble up those nasty FREE RADICALS...CHEERS ALL. Hugs!

  1. Is your book going to be available in 'book' form or is it just going to be an E-book to be read online only? I want a book to hold in my itty bitty hands. What kind of price will this new book be? Will it be available thru you or Barnes & Noble?

  2. Hello my good friend. I do so want the book that is jam packed with information that will really give everyone many tools to work with in their journey, to be DONE now. The holdup is wanting it to be available for Kindle readers through Amazon, which is a process getting it through there. I had originally just intended for it to be an E Book, which you pay for, it is reasonable, about the price of going to lunch...smile...and then I thought, there are those who will want to have a "real copy." So we are working w/having it printed, soft bound, and likely spiral bound, so it can be opened to recipes, etc. That has been the hold up and really having it ready, months and months ago. But I'm glad you said you wanted a bound copy! That makes me know there are still folks who want the traditional method of intaking. I told myself, that would be the case. I have sent you a personal message about the health issues you mentioned, so look in you FB message box. CHEERS! And thank you for always being a faithful and supportive follower! So it would be available through the blog, a website,(both online) or Amazon. Thanks much! It will be able to be purchased via credit or debit cards or Paypal.

  3. That will be great!! Spiral bound will be even better! So much easier to lay it open to read and absorb info. Hate it when a book keeps trying to close on me and my fingers get cramped and then I get crabby! lol...I will be looking forward to when it is all ready and available. In the meantime, I am enjoying your blog and all the info you are providing. Thanks a ton! MB
